How might ongoing comprehensive training in Special Education Law & Advocacy and the application of its principles for ALL teachers & faculty affect the academic progress of students with disabilities and the amount of meaningful parental involvement on the part of their parents?
I have a friend who teaches SPED who says you have to be "special" to teach in special ed... He means it as a joke, but it is so true. The plan you have put together is concise,complete and helpful. The website you listed has lots of good, pertinent information. SPED is often a touchy area and it is definitely under appreciated. I need to borrow some of your "chart making" skills... I couldn't figure that out!!
